TELANGANA LAWSET 2026: Registration starts online on February 10th
TG LAWCET PGLCET 2026 Registration: On Tuesday, January 27, Telangana made the announcement for the Law Common Entrance Test (TG LAWCET-2026) and PG Law Common Entrance Test (TG PGLCET-2026) for the academic year 2026–2027. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) published it. Admissions to two-year LLM programs and three-year and five-year LLB programs will be granted through this entrance exam. This entrance exam will be administered by Osmania University (OU).
Online applications are accepted from February 10, 2026, through May 13, 2026 (with a late fee). On May 18, 2026, the applicants will take the entrance exam. For comprehensive information starting on February 8, 2026, candidates can visit the official website.
Information on courses and Examinations
Courses: Two-year LLM programs as well as three-year and five-year LLB programs will be admitted. For the three-year LLB course, you need a graduate degree in any field; for the five-year LLB course, you need an intermediate degree; and for the LLM course, you need an LLB or BL degree. The website will shortly have all the information.
Examination Medium: PGLCET will be administered in English, whereas TELANGANA LAWSET 2026 will be administered in English/Telugu and Urdu.
Application Fee: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education will shortly provide the LAWCET and PGLCET application fee information for SC, ST, and applicants with disabilities.

Dates of the TELANGANA LAWCET 2026
Start date of online applications: February 10, 2026
Online applications must be submitted by April 1, 2026. Up until May 13, applications will be accepted with a late charge.
Date of exam: May 18, 2026. The three-year law course’s LAWCET exams will take place in the morning on this day, while the five-year law course and PGLCET exams will take place in the afternoon.
